Culinary Entrepreneurship students, School of Culinary Arts and Food Technology, College of Arts and Tourism, Dublin Institute of Technology, Cathal Brugha Street, Dublin,1 attended an information morning on the Irish Guild of Sommeliers presented by Andrew O’ Gorman, Guild Secretary and the Bartenders Association of Ireland presented by Declan Byrne President Bartenders Association of Ireland.
