EXSTO Cognac Elixir
New Cognac, EXSTO, which Irish Guild of Sommeliers President Julie Dupouy Young helped to create by being in charge of the taste development.
EXSTO Cognac Elixir launched in Singapore a year ago, has been awarded a Master Medal by the Spirit Business.
It was deemed worthy of the top accolade due to its “inviting nose” and flavours of “raisins, caramel, medjool dates, leather and wood polish”.
Elixir is made from a mixture of eight eaux-de-vie. Exsto is said to be the first Cognac created in partnership by a master blender and a sommelier.
